President -- P. Matthew Hilton
Mr. Hilton is the President and Founder of No Warrior without Help, Inc. Mr. Hilton has overall accountability, responsibility and authority for the management of the affairs pertaining to No Warrior without Help. He has oversight of the organization to meet the donors, recipients of the services we provide, and to comply with the applicable laws and regulations within the state of Pennsylvania. Mr. Hilton also maintains the transparency, accuracy, and integrity of our financial information reporting and disclosure requirements, internal controls and management of information systems. He established effective fundraising programs and initiatives for corporate and individual contributors, and instituted proper organizational stewardship of these gifts.

Mr. Joseph Klinzing
Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Klinzing served Honorably in the U.S Army for 24 years with multiple tours to Iraq and served in several occupational specialties and leadership rolls before retiring in Feb 2020 with the rank of Master Sergeant. As the Chief Operations Officer of No Warrior without Help, Inc. Mr. Klinzing has the overall responsibility and authority for the management of the by-laws No Warrior without Help. He has directional oversight of the organization to ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations within the state of Missouri and the IRS, maintains the internal controls and management of established systems to evaluate requests for assistance by clients, and initiates the use of corporate and individual contributions and proper organizational stewardship of these gifts.
Ms. Nicole Haverly
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Haverly is responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the organization’s financial health and sustainability. Her role will oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance requirements. Ms. Haverly works closely with the Board of Directors to develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization’s mission and goals. She oversees all financial expenditures for the organization to ensure that contributions are handled accurately.
